The Friends of the Bismarck Public Library is an association of persons interested in strengthening, promoting, and supporting the users’ needs of the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library. The Friends support, enhance and enrich the cultural opportunities available to the community, the Library staff, and the Library’s volunteers.Officers
